As a member, you have a profile with information about you such as your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and emergency contact information. Some of it is required and some is optional. To review and update your profile, follow the instructions in New member guide: Updating your profile.
Furthermore, some of your profile information is visible to other members via our Member Directory and the WildApricot Mobile App for Members. You can control what is visible to other members. By default, a small amount of your profile information is visible to others. To make more or less information visible, follow the instructions in New member guide: Changing your privacy settings. None of your profile is visible to the general public because the member directory as a whole is visible only to members.
As the end of your year-long membership approaches, you will receive a series of emails reminding you to renew. If you miss your renewal deadline, you will receive notice that you have entered the grace period. If you still do not renew, your membership will lapse.
